How do I achieve the best results with WEN®?
Chaz recommends three must do’s when using WEN®:
1. Thoroughly and completely rinse your hair for 1-2 minutes before applying the Cleansing Conditioner.
2. Use enough product to totally cover your hair (although there will be NO lather, it should feel thick, rich and creamy).
3. Leave the conditioner in your hair for 3-5 minutes or longer (usually the duration of your shower).

It seems like I’m using a lot of product. Can I use too much?
WEN® isn’t like an ordinary shampoo so you want to use more of it, not less. You can never use too much! The more you use, the better the results.

How much is right for my hair type?
Short or fine hair or medium textured hair: Use 16-24 pumps
Medium length hair or medium or thick textured hair: Use 24-32 pumps
Very long hair or very thick/coarse hair: Use 32-40 pumps

Be sure to work the Cleansing Conditioner into your hair evenly from the crown section, through the nape section and to the ends of the hair (more pumps could be needed depending on the hair texture).

Should I use the Cleansing Conditioner every day?
That’s up to you. Some people like to wash their hair daily. Others will go a day or two between washings. Although WEN® is gentle enough to use every day, if you don’t, you can combine 4-6 pumps of Cleansing Conditioner with a quarter-size amount of Styling Crème in a spray bottle with water. Shake vigorously to mix completely. Spritz it on 12-18 inches above hair to provide a light mist. Shake out and restyle or fluff up your hair!

Can I use my regular styling tools?
WEN® works with all types of styling tools. Although frequent use of flat irons and curling irons can dry out, damage, and burn your hair.

Can I return my Wen® products if I am not satisfied?
Wen is risk free for 60 days-a benefit you won't find even in the finest hair salons! If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with Wen, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H) - even if the containers are empty!

To return your product, simply contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-964-1892 to request your Return Authorization number. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA number issuance. Please write your RA number legibly on the outside of your shipping box. Remember that a box missing an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense.

Complete the back portion of your invoice form and include it in the package being returned. To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your returns via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
